Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (Within the US)

Effective November 20, 2008, we will charge a flat rate fee of $9.99 for ground delivery within the continental United States. Where UPS is not available, the closest equivalent will be used. If you wish to have a different shipping service please email or call, and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. However, air and other more expensive methods will entail an added fee for the difference in price, as follows:

- Express Shipping (5 Working Days) $25.00
- Rush (3 Business Days) $45.00
- Super Rush! (Next Business Day) $90.00

Please note that in the case of special orders, the shipping day will commence when we physically receive the dress from the manufacturer.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are as follows:

- Canada $75.00
- Other $150.00

Your country could also impose other duties or tax that we have no way of estimating, as this is different for every country and item.


Taxes

Sales tax is waived for online purchases outside the state of California. However, purchases in the state of California are subject to 9.25% tax.

We are happy to fill orders from outside the United States. However, please note that depending on which country you are ordering from, your home country might levy duties or other import-related taxes on your order.


Our Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of the product being sold, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for online transactions. Please be sure of the style, size and color you want before placing an order.

The only exception is where there is a manufacturer defect. Any manufacturer defect must be brought to our attention within 48 hours.

Each item undergoes a quality check and is inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products, however, we shall not be held responsible for loose beads or beads that come off in transit. Also, sizing issues are not included among defects.

Taxes (where applicable), shipping charges (if any) and a large size fee will be added to your total amount upon check-out. An email will be sent to you confirming the total purchase amount and its breakdown.


Billing

Online orders can be charged to your Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover and mailed check. Your card will be charged in US dollars.

Please also note charges for non-US delivery as discussed above. Also note that some non-US countries will levy taxes or other duties on your orders when they arrive in your country.


Size

Most dress manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing the correct size. We try to make as many available right here as possible. Be sure to measure carefully. Size charts are helpful, but not always perfect. Remember that you can always take in a gown that is too large, but you can’t let it out if your order too small. If your measurements are on the border, it is usually wise to take the larger size and plan on having it altered. Most girls do require alterations to get a perfect fit.

How to measure:

- Bust: have someone measure the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: have someone measure your natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips.

Click here to see size charts. We charge for larger sizes. Please refer to our large size fee chart upon check out. For Jovani Dresses, $25.00 will be added to the price of the dress for sizes 16 and up.

Pricing

Prices in our online store pertain only to orders made online and do not apply to in-store purchases made in the Glendale Galleria and Del Amo Fashion Center locations.


Dress Availability

Availability of the dresses can change daily. Make your selection early if possible. We have a large inventory of dresses that is continually replenished throughout the year. If we have temporarily sold out of your dress choice in the size and color ordered, we will do special order and will notify you of the shipping date immediately.
